Sermon: Jesus Evaluates Lost Things
Dr. Noah Reid, Jr.
Scripture Reference: Luke 15 (NIV)

Jesus Evaluates Lost Things
Each parable of the lost sheep, lost coin and lost son ends with a celebration and rejoicing over what had been lost. The celebration of rejoicing is also important when a soul is won for Christ. God continues to love us each moment of our lives.

The need to reach out to someone that's lost is an act of kindness, reconciliation and fellowship. Each one of us was created to respond to one another in love. Let the love of Christ give you the boldness to reach out to other's that are in need today. We all want to feel needed and embraced by the love of God.

The son of God came to this earth to seek and save all those that are lost. Christ continues to reach out to us in the midst of our storms. Are you rejoicing today?

The Parable of the lost sheep
7I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.
